1. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect on the date of use of the site.

 

2. GGATT reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online under this section “Terms and Conditions”. Please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. GGATT reserves the right to prevent you accessing this site, without prejudice to any other rights, if we consider that you have contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.


12. Applicable Law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

13. LINKS TO GGATT’s WEBSITE

 

Policy:
While the copyright to the GGATT website is retained by the Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago, Full and Associate Members are entitled to make links to the GGATT website from their own website for the duration of their GGATT membership.

Procedures for Websites of the following -:

 

i. Full and Associate Members:

 

All material available on the GGATT website is copyrighted to GGATT.

Full and Associate Members of GGATT are entitled to use links to the GGATT website from their official website for the duration of their Membership.


Materials from the GGATT’s website may be reproduced by Member Organisations under the following circumstances:

 

a. Member Organizations should inform the Chief Executive, Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago if they reproduce or re-use materials from the GGATT’s website;


b. text and graphics must not be altered in any way;


c. any reproduced material must include an acknowledgement to GGATT;


d. material may be reproduced for use on a Member Organisation’s website, but acknowledgements must be made to GGATT. GGATT must also be notified of the location where the item has been reproduced.

 

ii. GGATT’s official external partners:

 

GGATT’s official partners may also use the links to the GGATT website, on the understanding that they seek permission from the Chief Executive, Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago, through the Communications Director, before proceeding with the link.

Material may only be reproduced or re-used from the website, under the following circumstances:

​

a. official permission must be obtained from the Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago, in writing;


b. text and graphics must not be altered in any way;


c. any reproduced material must include an acknowledgement to GGATT.

 

iii. Any other Website:

 

Any other website wishing to use the links to the GGATT’s website may do so when they have received official permission in writing from the Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Any individual or organization wishing to provide a link to the GGATT’s website must first write to the Head of Communications who will make a decision in consultation with the Chief Executive, Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago.

Any unofficial website using material from the GGATT’s website, or providing a link to the GGATT’s website, will be contacted by the Communications Director, and asked to remove any copied materials or links to the GGATT’s website until permission to do so has been granted by the Chief Executive, Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago.

Please note that the Website is currently in its BETA version and undergoing BETA testing. You understand and agree that the Services may still contain software bugs, suffer disruptions and not operate as intended or designated. Your use of the Services at this stage signifies your understanding of and agreement to participate in the Service BETA testing.
