The Girl Guide Association of Trinidad and Tobago invites the participation of all current and past members of the Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago and to all school children. Participants must be between the ages of 6 and 21 years. You may enter as an individual or a group (groups may comprise no more than 12 persons).

There was no better place to be in Trinidad on World Thinking Day than among the over 1000 ecstatic girls at the Central Regional Indoor Sport Arena.
Clad smartly in their various uniforms (guide and school), the girls participated enthusiastically in a full day of activities that highlighted the year’s themes “Together we can save children’s lives” and “ Every mother’s life and health is precious”.

​World Thinking Day-HOW IT ALL BEGAN
The idea for a special day each year on which Girl Guide/Girl Scouts around the world think of each other originated at the 4th International Conference held in the USA in 1926. The date chosen for Thinking Day was 22 February, the joint birthdays of the Founder, Lord Baden-Powell and the World Chief Guide, Olave, Lady Baden-Powell.
